Options 2 and 3 seem pretty good. But how would 3 stack?

This item's effect is sometimes nice but it feels very limited. I suggest making it also heal the player when they collect pick ups, but at a greatly reduced amount.

Even without looping this item has high potential if you get one on stage 3. It can be farmed on Combat Shrines or on any shrine with Defiant Gouge. Maybe make it have diminishing returns on enemies that don't qualify as a boss or simply move it to a red item and bump up the stats a bit.

Okay here's a more detailed test using version 2.0.2.

Spare Wiring:

I spawned in the item using create_pickup, completed the teleporter, spawned in a scrapper to remove the item then grabbed the scrap, I bought a turret and then left the stage via the teleporter. Next stage the turret was creating sparks when it entered combat.

Edit: Did this test again but also bought a drone on the next map, it also created sparks when it entered combat.

Manuscript:

I spawned in 1 Soldier's Syringe and 2 Manuscripts using create_pickup, I collected the Soldier's Syringe and then the first Manuscript, the descriptions were fine, I then picked up the second Manuscript and BetterUI moved it as it sorts by item count, the description of Soldier Syringe shows the description of the Manuscript.

I then tried this again with BetterUI's sorting disabled and it didn't happen, however I spawned a Topaz Brooch using create_pickup and grabbed it, I then spawned a scrapper and scrapped the Soldier's Syringe to move the Manuscript and Topaz Brooch on the UI, the description of Topaz Brooch shows the description of the Manuscript.

I tried the above test again but with ItemStatsMod instead of BetterUI and nothing wrong happened.

Edit: The descriptions are corrected on stage change.

It's likely these were already found or reported, but just in case. These bugs were found with a fresh install of this mod, BetterUI and DebugToolKit.

Spare Wiring seems to still work on drones even after removing the item and will also still work on future drones gained during the run.

The difficulty increase from Puzzle of Chronos persists between runs until the game is closed.

 Manuscript's detailed description seems to replace other items randomly.

The timer seems too short for the Moon, 2 minutes seems reasonable. On a run with Artificer I managed to get to about the center of the map before the timer ran out (The timer was about 1 minute and 35 seconds), I only had a few items that improved mobility so maybe I was just very unlucky.

The configs seem to be missing the ability to disable items, I'm pretty sure the older version allowed for this.
